Beyond Predictable.

Beyond Standard.

TRP Lacrosse Academy is the premier destination for advanced players who demand more than standard training. We combine elite Technique, Repetition, and Pace with our signature focus on Deception. We don’t just teach the game; we teach you how to break it.

Mastery Through Methodology We don’t just run drills; we build elite habits. Using the TRP Method—Technique, Repetition, and Pace—we sharpen stick skills, field vision, and transition play for athletes who have outgrown the basics.

The Art of Deception Predictability is the enemy of performance. We teach players how to leverage their unique physical profile—size, speed, or agility—to master the art of deception, making them impossible to mirror on the field.

Position-Fluid Performance The modern game demands more than "staying in your lane." We develop versatile, unpredictable athletes with an arsenal of unconventional skills that translate to immediate game-changing results.

Direct Mentorship. All Positions. The highest-intensity skill development in the game for boys and girls. Our signature small-group format ensures direct, pro-level feedback focused on the TRP pillars: Technique, Repetition, and Pace. Build an elite foundation in an environment designed for the advanced athlete.

About Us

The TRP Standard: Built by Pros. Proven by Champions.

Founded on the principles of Technique, Repetition, and Pace, our methodology was forged during Curtis Smith’s All-American career at Ohio State. Today, TRP is led by a powerhouse core team: Curtis Smith, championship-winning coach Desi Gonzalez, defensive specialist Chad Rafferty, and co-founder Avery Amaya.

Together, they deliver a high-intensity curriculum for boys and girls at every position—from elite finishing to lockdown defense. By leveraging a world-class network of guest pros—including icons like Lyle Thompson and face-off specialist Mike Sisselberger—TRP transforms predictable players into versatile, position-fluid athletes who dominate at every level.
